As part of our long-term vision for growth and excellence, we undertook a major transformation of our factory in 2018 expanding into a larger, more advanced facility built to meet the highest global standards.

The redesign was carried out in collaboration with Japanese engineers, with a focus on optimizing every stage of the manufacturing process for maximum precision and efficiency. This strategic upgrade included a full overhaul of our supply chain and the integration of world-class machinery.

Today, our production line features cutting-edge equipment such as Bystronic (Switzerland), Colgar (Italy), and Amada (Japan) for laser cutting and for press brake bending enabling us to manufacture elevator systems with exceptional quality, consistency, and reliability.

This evolution reflects our continued commitment to delivering innovative, high-performance elevator solutions tailored to modern needs.

Engineering & Design

Our process is fully customized, ensuring that every elevator is tailored to the client’s specific needs and preferences from dimensions and materials to style and finish. Using advanced 3D modeling software, our engineering team transforms each concept into a precise, build-ready design that combines functionality with aesthetic harmony.

Accurate Metal Fabrication
Every component is expertly crafted in our factory thanks to state-of-the-art European machinery, including Swiss, Italian, and Japanese brands. To ensure the best quality, we adhere to a streamlined process from the first design to the last assembly.
Design & Drawing
The process begins with detailed drawings of the elevator door, chassis, and cabin. These drawings are tailored to the client's specifications, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Laser Cutting
The drawings are then sent to our advanced laser cutting machines, which precisely cut the metal components needed for the elevator structure, ensuring accuracy down to the finest detail.
Bending Process
The cut components are then moved to the bending station, where specialized machinery bends the pieces to the exact angles required, ensuring perfect alignment for assembly.
Assembly Process
After bending, the components are brought together for assembly. Our skilled technicians carefully assemble the chassis, mount the doors, and combine the cabin elements, ensuring that every part is perfectly aligned and secure. Throughout the cabin assembly process, we focus on the user experience and luxury. Every detail, from wall panels to lighting and finishes, is crafted to provide both comfort and elegance.
Cutting & Welding
Once the components are fabricated, our expert technicians proceed to carefully weld the parts. This crucial step ensures the strength, safety, and structural integrity of all load-bearing elevator components, maintaining high standards for both functionality and durability.
Assembly of Automatic Doors
From A to Z, our factory does all of the automatic elevator door assembly in-house. This covers both structural and mechanical elements, guaranteeing that each door satisfies the highest requirements for durability, functionality, and safety.

With the ability to manufacture doors up to 10 meters wide, we specialize in adjusting door dimensions to meet the needs of different projects. Our solutions' adaptability makes them perfect for a variety of building types and uses, ranging from large-scale industrial and commercial systems to standard residential elevators.

Each door is expertly put together, put through a rigorous testing process, and made to function smoothly and dependably in any setting.
Production of LOP & COP
We manufacture the LOP (Landing Operating Panel) and COP (Car Operating Panel) in-house in addition to the structural and mechanical components. To guarantee usability, responsiveness, and long-term durability, these crucial interface components are meticulously designed and put together.

Every element, from button placement to emergency system and indicator display integration, is designed to give users a smooth and simple experience. In order to satisfy the functional and aesthetic requirements of every project, our production line enables complete customization in terms of design, materials, button types, and language options.

Every unit is put through a rigorous testing process to guarantee that it meets international safety and performance standards, providing dependability and style in every press.
Control Panel & Electrical Systems
Our in-house electrical department is fully equipped to handle all aspects of elevator control systems. We design, assemble, and test control panels that manage the elevator’s entire electrical operation with precision and reliability.

This includes the integration of advanced VVVF (Variable Voltage Variable Frequency) technology, featuring high-performance inverters such as the Fuji Electric Japan VVVF inverter recognized globally for its efficiency, durability, and superior ride comfort.

Every panel is customized according to the elevator type and the client’s specific needs, ensuring optimal functionality, energy savings, safety, and full compliance with international standards.

Our showroom is intended for clients, architects, and consultants to view real-life samples, evaluate quality up close, and find fully functional units whether you're building a new home, renovating an existing structure, or just inquisitive. It's a hands-on experience rather than just a display.
